Ahhh! Home at Last!

Report Submitted by Joe Hurston - Sept. 28, 2005 - 3:36pm Cocoa, Fl

Mission accomplished. After deploying Vortex Voyagers TM in Beaumont and Orange, Texas (Monday, Sept. 26th) we drove to Baton Rouge to meet with Dan Andrews, our Air Mobile Representative. We have left an inventory in our storage facility in Baton Rouge for added deployments in the Hurricane Katrina / Rita disaster areas. Many people have a long wait before they can return home. In certain cases, such as in South Louisiana, the residents do not know what they will face upon returning home. The water situation will likely be very bad for a long time to come. Those are the cases where the Vortex Voyagers TM will be a great blessing. We are in touch with a number of churches and relief organizations that will be helping these people to re-settle. Dan Andrews will be available to deploy Vortex Voyagers TM as needed. Praise God, that we can be in position to help!

We departed for the long drive home Monday night. Had a flat tire and listen to this. It was about 3:00am on Tuesday morning. Called a 24 hour tire repair service. The gentleman who showed up, Odell, was a Christian and goes to Bethany Prayer Center in Baton Rouge. It was so good just fellowshipping with this brother in the Lord at that truck stop in Denham Springs, LA. We prayed together and we were on our way.

We rolled into our driveway at 1:00am on this(Wednesday) morning. So good to sleep in our own bed.

We are monitoring the Caribbean for the NEXT HURRICANE! We certainly pray that there be no more this season, however, the elements are there for more. Air Mobile will be ready!!

Thank you for your prayer, love and support! Do not hesitate to phone us if we can serve you in any way. If you would like to volunteer with Air Mobile, simply drop us an e-mail or give us a call. God Bless!!
