Putting Vortex Voyagers TM into skilled hands!

Report submitted by Joe Hurston - Sept. 8, 2005 - 6:27am (CST) Gonzales, LA -

Baton Rouge is mad-house! Traffic has increased 40-50% overnight. Baton Rouge is now the largest city in Louisiana. New Orleans has spread out across America, but Baton Rouge is first stop for many evacuees. Gas lines are everywhere. I AM PROUD OF BATON ROUGE! The city has opened its heart to the suffering. Yesterday demonstrated that to our team again and again!

After extensive research to multiple ground zeros, we are confident that the First Responders are taking on this huge battle - and winning! We are placing Vortex Voyagers TM into competent and well positioned personnel.

Yesterday morning began with a training session to a group of nearly 100 Georgia First Responders. Once we demonstrated and trained them on the use of the Vortex Voyager TM, the Hazardous Material (Haz-Mat) team IMMEDIATELY requested 2 more units! When the team learned that we had purified and drank the dreadful water directly off the streets of New Orleans, they were sold on the Vortex Voyager's TM amazing capabilities. These guys know that what we drank directly from the street is worse than just about anything they could imagine in their operations.

Telephone service is totally jammed up in Baton Rouge. Each phone call takes about 10 attempts before a line is established. We were able to arrange another AMAZING meeting. Listen to this.

Larry Stockstill is Pastor of Bethany World Prayer Center. President Bush visited Larry a couple of days ago because of the phenomenal work being carried out at the North and South Bethany Churches. I have had the pleasure of knowing Larry for over 30 years. By our Lord's direction, "I ran into Larry at the airport" within an hour of arrival into Baton Rouge last Saturday. We then made a plan to deploy a Vortex Voyager TM to Bethany. Yesterday that happened with EXCELLENCE. Here's the story.

Larry sent me to Charles Carpenter, who in-turn sent me to Andy Gill. Andy is a medical professional, highly skilled in purification systems. We arranged a meeting at 4:00pm "under the Crosses". Bethany is a Baton Rouge landmark off of I-10. There are 3 huge crosses (150 feet tall!) at the base of the South Church. The Air Mobile team sensed a real plan was coming together here.

At the same time, after many, many phone call attempts, we arranged to meet another Pastor in Baton Rouge, Ricky Sinclair. Ricky's church, The Miracle Place, like Larry's is hosting hundreds and hundreds of evacuees. Once Ricky and I made contact, I told him about our demonstration/training/presentation meeting with Andy that was to take place in about an hour. I knew that Ricky's church was on the north side of town and Baton Rouge traffic is near "gridlock". Well, Ricky was within minutes of the Big Crosses on the south-side. Ricky would be there!

We have also been in touch with another pastor, Max Latham, Sr., from south Louisiana (another ground zero). Well Max and I were talking about getting him a Vortex Voyager TM. He and his family have evacuated to Alexandria, a city about 140 miles to the north of Baton Rouge. Max has a son in Baton Rouge, Max, Jr. Long story short, Max, Jr. also came to the Big Crosses and we all met at EXACTLY 4:00pm.

Larry's father, Roy Stockstill, the founder of Bethany Church and my first pastor, said it so well: "GOD KNOWS HOW TO DEPLOY HIS TROOPS"!

The training under the crosses went great. We were able to pull water out of a pond right there and demo the Vortex Voyager TM. All agreed that the Lord has put an incredible tool into our hands!!

In the middle of all of this, we have scores of churches nationwide, including my own home church, New Life Christian Fellowship in Titusville, FL, praying for us! Another Larry, Larry Linkous, my pastor has stood with us from day one. As a matter of fact, New Life bought the very first Vortex Voyager TM that we ever deployed to thirsty and desperate people. Churches big and small from all over are sending contributions to help supply other churches in the affected areas with Vortex Voyagers TM and other supplies. Some, like the Church of the Hills in the Atlanta area, have funded units several times as they receive additional collections. THANK YOU TO ALL. You are our foundation. There is no question, this is the Church's finest hour!

This morning, the Air Mobile Team is in strategy and planning meetings. We have many calls out with prospective recipients. Again, phone lines are totally jammed, roads in grid lock. Just got in touch with Ricky Sinclair and we're meeting at noon today. We're going to video a training session on the Vortex Voyager TM. This will help us for future deployments. We'll update on developments. PLEASE REMEMBER TO PRAY FOR THE AIR MOBILE TEAM AS WE GO FORWARD IN FAITH!!

Sincerely:

Joe and the Air Mobile Team

PS - Cindy and Barbara are back. They safely arrived from Thailand India. Our Lord did great things through them.
